Terms of Service
The rules for using Social-X free tools: acceptable use, intellectual property, availability, liability and how the free service is funded.
By using Social-X you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple: free browser tools with no account.
1. The service
Social-X provides free utilities that run in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools at any time. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only process files you have the right to process.
- Do not use the tools to break the law, infringe copyright or harm others.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape at abusive rates, or attack the service.
3. No warranty
Tools are provided “as is”. Results depend on your device and input; verify important output (especially document conversions and calculations) before relying on it for legal, financial or medical decisions.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social-X is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Keep your own backups — the tools run locally and we never hold a copy.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design and its code belong to Social-X. Files you process remain yours, with no licence granted to us (we could not access them even if we wanted to).
6. Advertising
The service is supported by advertising. Ad slots are labelled and never block access to a tool.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
