From millimetres to pixels
Printed sizes are given in millimetres, portals ask for pixels, and the bridge between them is the print resolution. At 300 DPI — the normal standard for photo printing — one millimetre is about 11.8 pixels. So 50 × 60 mm becomes roughly 591 × 709 pixels, an aspect ratio of 0.833:1.
The tool above crops to the correct ratio and scales to that pixel size. If a portal asks for a specific file size as well, finish with the compressor.

Türkiye passport photo — FAQ
What size is a Türkiye passport photo?
50 × 60 mm, which is about 591 × 709 pixels at 300 DPI.
Can I take it with my phone?
You can, if the lighting is even and the background is plain. Face a window rather than a lamp, and keep the camera at eye level.
Does this tool upload my photo?
No. Cropping and resizing both happen in your browser — a passport photo never leaves your device.
Why is my application being rejected?
Usually the head height, the background shadow, or the file size. Check the official guidance from nvi.gov.tr.
