Image Compressor for Gmail
Hit exactly 25 MB or smaller, in your browser. The tool scales and then binary-searches the JPEG quality so the file lands under the limit instead of roughly near it.

Why 25 MB?
Gmail hands anything over 25 MB to Drive instead of attaching it. Compress first to keep it as a real attachment.
A single compression pass rarely lands on a specific size, because file size depends on image detail as much as on quality. This tool encodes repeatedly, narrowing the quality range each time, until the result is under 25 MB — then it stops, so you keep as much quality as the limit allows.
How it gets there
- Load — the image is decoded in the browser from the file you chose.
- Scale if needed — if the pixels alone cannot get under 25 MB, the longest edge is reduced step by step.
- Search the quality — JPEG quality is tested between 0.2 and 0.95 until the file fits.
- Download — the result is generated on your machine. Nothing was ever sent anywhere.
